Elemental Composition is basically your character's chakra natures, be that one of the traditional five or some sort of other offshoots.
When you get into the nitty-gritty world of chakra nature, be sure to remember that every character is born with an affinity to one chakra nature. This is called the "Primary Chakra Nature." A character up to the Tokubetsu Jōnin Rank have one chakra nature right off the bat. Jōnin can have two, and the Kage are capable of having three.
As a special note: you can learn to develop your secondary and tertiary chakra natures In-Game. However, there is a reason they are so limited. It has been stated in the Manga that learning a secondary chakra nature takes a long time to do. As such, don't think that one post, or even one thread is going to be enough to master a secondary chakra nature.
